You have just downloaded the Explorer++ Help file. The file is a compiled HTML
file - prepared by a user - which should provide you with information you need.
The Help file is a "work in progress", so some topics are not completed yet.

'Installation' of the Help file
-------------------------------
1. Make sure that it is unzipped, it you obtained the file in a zip archive.
2. The file must be named "Explorer++ Help.chm", its default name. Explorer++
    only looks for that name.
3. The file must be Unblocked, if necessary. Windows' security routines may
restrict usage of the file by default. To Unblock the file,
         - right-click on the file, from within Windows Explorer, Explorer++,
or any other method (i.e. on the Desktop, if the file is there)
         - from the context menu, select "Properties"
         - from Properties, click the "Unblock" button (if it is visible - if
not, the file may already be unblocked)
4. Move the file to the Explorer++ 'installation' folder, usually
C:\Program Files\Explorer++ (or something else - you may have named the
    folder differently)
5. That's it! The Help file should now open from within Explorer++ using the
    Help menu (Help/Help).

Check back to the Explorer++ website (http://www.explorerplusplus.com/download)
periodically for updated versions of the Help file - it truly is "a work in
progress".

Also, you might want to visit
